Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vallea Lumina website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or authorized partners.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Shows run rain, snow, or shine. If the show cannot operate due to severe weather, tickets will be automatically refunded.
Age and Health Requirements
- Participants under 19 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- The trail includes stairs and moderate inclines; appropriate footwear is recommended.
- Strollers are not permitted; baby carriers are recommended for young children.
- Guests with medical conditions should consult with our staff prior to participation.
Conduct and Safety
- Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited on-site.
- Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals.
- Flash photography is not allowed; guests are encouraged to share their experiences on social media and tag us.
Assumption of Risks & Exclusion of Liability
Participation in Vallea Lumina night walks, along with other TAG experiences such as snowmobiling, rafting, ziplining, and aerial challenge courses, involves inherent risks and hazards. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Slips, trips, falls, collisions, or injuries due to terrain or equipment
- Exposure to variable terrain and environmental conditions
- Encounters with domestic or wild animals, including cougars, bobcats, or bears
- Operator negligence or breach of duty
By participating, each guest:
- Assumes all such risks, regardless of the cause.
- Releases TAG and its operators (including directors, officers, employees, guides, contractors, representatives, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns) from any and all liability for personal injury, death, or loss, even if caused by negligence or breach of duty.
- Acknowledges that any legal action must be brought solely within British Columbia and will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.
- Agrees that these terms, including rights, duties, and obligations, will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and no other jurisdiction.
- Consents to the use of their image: All guests (including minors) are deemed to consent to photographs or video recordings of their participation being used for advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and will be interpreted under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
